Summary
Digital drill logging has enabled accuracy and precision in mining along with high ROIs. This can potentially lead to optimized drilling patterns and better fragmentation control that is cost-effective.
This is evident from the webinar where there is a discussion about how easily Strayos improves reliability and viability. Especially, by using the Fielder Drill log app on Strayos, it becomes much easier to determine how deep to go with a drill depth, and recording information needed for the blasting team to asses. However, this also causes the challenge of shifting paper-based logging to digital drill logging. The user has control over how they would like the seams and voids to be displayed, but setting different colored values to represent sub-surface data.

The drill log data can be seen with MWD data within the Strayos platform.
